Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Our established client are looking for an experienced digital marketing person to work out of their Head Office close to Uckfield, East Sussex. They are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised individual with a strong work ethic, commercial drive and a commitment to teamwork. The Executive will report to the Europe Head of Marketing and have responsibility for the digital marketing platforms across several European countries.

 Responsibilities

  • Propose and lead Group digital marketing programmes to help generate awareness for the company leading to high quality business leads from existing customers and prospects
  • Develop digital platforms for integrated marketing campaigns for both outbound and inbound lead generation, social media activity and marketing automation
  • Day to day management of the CRM platform for marketing
  • Tracking and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns working with marketing colleagues, telemarketing and sales functions
  • Liaise with the external digital marketing agency to oversee marketing platform development
  • Project manage digital campaigns ensuring they meet the target objectives timely and on budget
  • Work on Europe country platforms to replicate UK aims and targets
  • Share best practice with European colleagues where necessary to support Group targets
  • Work to strict deadlines and KPI’s as set by the Head of Marketing
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign and event results for all elements against KPIs
  • Support the development of digital marketing platforms for the Group

 Key skills

  • Expertise in digital marketing and the ability to make best use of platforms to help drive results from campaigns
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects. You will need to co-ordinate the output of the digital platforms is effective and intervene if things are going off-track
  • Numerical skills – you will need to acquire data from internal and external sources and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyse the success or otherwise of campaigns
  • Good analytical skills,  team worker, attentive and detail-oriented

Experience:

3-5 years business to business experience working on marketing campaigns, delivering ROI using a variety of digital marketing platforms – WordPress CMS or other, Email Marketing, CRM, B2B social media, SEO, PPC and Analytics

Strong technical ability and integrated marketing platform experience

An ability to work to organisational deadlines and KPI’s

Previous experience working with German or mainland Europe marketing teams preferred but not essential

 Qualifications:

Ideally Graduate with Marketing Diploma or higher.
