FINANCE ACCOUNTS ADMIN – PART-TIME
£23,000 per year pro rata

Hours 20 hours a week Monday to Friday 10am to 2.30. (30 mins Lunch) some flexibility with hours but will need Monday to Friday
Reconciling bank statements.
- Posting customer receipts.
- Credit Control
- Running of Sales Invoices and balancing.
- Processing Supplier invoices upon receiving through to payment
- Running regular reports and activities such as a regular aged creditors review and processing the weekly payment run
- Reconciling supplier statements and accounts
- Processing Personal Expense Claims
- Making payments using online banking system.
- Other administration duties.
- Holiday cover for other administration staff.
- Experience within a Sales Ledger based role
- Knowledge of Sage or similar system 1 year (preferred)
- Strong written, verbal communication and numerical skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Car owner driver
Salary will be up to £23k per annum pro rata depending on experience.
20 days holiday + Bank holidays pro rata
4% Pension contribution
Death in service = 4 x salary
