PURCHASE LEDGER ACCOUNTS CLERK

You will be joining a busy professional team covering a mix of duties which will include :-

  • Strong communication ability both written and verbal

  • Duties will include processing invoices, ensuring they are correctly coded, authorised and paid within agreed terms.

  • Confident in the use of Sage 50

  • Reconciling supplier statements, ensuring that there are copies of all outstanding invoices

  • Undertaking weekly BACS payment runs and make ad hoc payment using on – line Banking

  • Process expense claims in line with the Company expenses policy

  • Managing aged creditors and producing aged debt reports for monthly management accounts

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30. to 5pm 20 days holiday plus statutory days
Excellent benefits including free lunch

Salary according to skills and knowledge £20 to £23K
