Telemarketing / Office Support – Burgess Hill

Salary: £12.00 per hour +
Part-time hours Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm (free lunch provided)

Our growing clients who are suppliers into the specialist lighting industry are looking for a confident adaptable person to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis

Key Duties will include

  • Speaking to existing and new customers
  • Account management of customers
  • Processing of orders
  • Keeping customers up – dated on deliveries
  • Cross selling on new and existing products
  • Processing and emailing invoices via Zero Accounts system
  • Up – date of CRM system
  • Taking in deliveries checking off order lists
  • Adjustment of stock

Up – date of customer special pricing

This will be a very varied job including speaking to clients and customers about new and existing products admin support of sales and helping in all areas of the business

Salary £12.00. per hour Part-time hours Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm (free lunch provided)parking on site
